Zachary Taylor - 12th U.S. President - Refused to be sworn in on Sunday, 04 March, 1849.
To the other geniuses who answered, Inauguration Day moved from March 04 to January 20 with the 20th Amendment, and it falls on a different day of the week than the time before each and every time.
Nowadays, if Inauguration Day falls on a Sunday, there is a private swearing-in ceremony that day and the big public ceremony is held on Monday the 21st.
The answer right below mine is also incorrect:
From the Urban Legends Reference Pages:
Claim: David Rice Atchison served as President of the United States for one day in 1849.
Status: False.

President-elect Zachary Taylor was a religious man and refused to be sworn in on a Sunday. It was the Sabbath. Taylor insisted on waited until the following day
the question then was who was to be the President for that 24 hour period.
that usually went to the vice-president, but his term had expired.
Under the law, the Presidency then fell to the President Pro Tem of the Senate - David Rice Atchison.
As a result, Atchison legally became the President for a twenty-four hour period, even though he was never elected to this office or sworn in.
