Unless your leaving out some necessary charge, it is already balanced. On the left side if the arrow: 1 Zn, 1 S, and 1 O2. On the right side: 1 Zn, 1 S, and 1 O2. Now if there are charges or subscripts that are being left out, then it may not be balanced. The total charge on each side must be equal. Just remember that to balance, make sure that there is the same number of atoms for each element on each side of the arrow.

This equation is already balanced. There is 1 zinc molecule on each side. There are two oxygen molecules on each side. There is 1 sulfur molecule on each side.
