when you know that what you are doing could potentially kill you, like riding a motorbike.

or when you get that sick feeling in your stomach and you feel more aware of your surroundings, and you feel more alive than you ever have before, that's danger. and it is addictive lol.

like parachute jumoing or bungeeing, anything that could kill you will tell you what danger is, but the rush outweighs the danger factor.
