Torture at Abu Ghraib and/or Guantanamo Bay?

Do you think the use of torture on prisoners held at these facilities should be seen as justified? If so, to what severity?

Any deprivation of basic human necessities could be considered torture.. is it justified yes I Believe it is. to what degree allowed,
well this is where I'm going to get in trouble because I think it should go as far as necessary to prevent any more of our fellow citizens from getting killed while going about their daily lives
