Shallow Grave with Ewan McGregor. The scene where they were dismembering the body. You could here them sawing the bones and smashing teeth in with a hammer.

the scene in "indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" where the incredibly freaky bad guy tears out that guy's heart while he's still alive, and it's still beating in his hands...i have seen that movie about 7 times and i have never been able to watch that whole scene through. chilling. also in "sleepers" when the gaurd in the prison forces that little kid to give him a bl*w j*b-never been able to watch thatscene all the way, either. it makes me uncomfortable, and sad.

I can stand most movie sequences, but the one with the bugs in King Kong completely grossed me out. I had to look away.
*SPOILER!!!!*
And when that guy got eaten alive... that was disgusting....
There were a few sequences in several horror movies that I had to look away, just because I didn't want to get scared out of my wits.

oooh the 'sidewalk scene' I'm guessing? yeah that's definitely on the top 5. A recent one for me was the blowtorch scene in Hostel.

Your two picks are in my top five. The scene I found hard to watch was in "Fight Club" when Tyler Durden (Ed Norton/Brad Pitt) beats the crap out of the blonde guy (Jared Leto), to where he is eventually disfigured.
