we are not operating in a free enterprise when they can make cars and other products in countries that dont operate with the same regulations as we do. they pay people a dollar an hour, of course they are going to be able to provide a car with all the bells and whistles at what companies here would amount to a loss. if we could pay our employees a dollar an hour then we would be in a free market

Because the free market automatically allocates resources to the highest value uses. And the highest value uses are the ones that people want the most.

The modified or regulated economy is the dominate because it is now the most free. If a country adopts a more free market they will dominate.
