Is anyone else tired of these school kids on here asking us to do their home work for them?

How are they ever going to learn if everyone does it for them? I personally won't answer their questions.

I agree where are these children's parents or don't they have friends that they could call to help them? To be honest I can't help my kids with the math because they do it totally different now than we did it. But they do call their friends for help.

I avoid the homework questions completely. The only answer anyone should give them is "Study the assigned reading in the book that goes with this subject". If given the answer they learn nothing, if they find the answer themselves they will remember the info.

No, I don't get tired of them. I often feel sympathy for them and wonder why they don't ask their parents for help. I don't necessarily give them the answers but I usually point them in a direction that will allow them to figure out the answers. Often the questions I help them with are just the type we helped our kids with when they were in school. And I also believe that many of these kids will remember that someone was kind and helped them and they will eventually pass that on to other people.

There's no way they could ask enough questions to get ALL their homework done by other people on here. Plus, they're taking a chance it might not be correct.

I used to help my kids with homework, because sometimes they got so discouraged, they had a mental block. It's like writer's block, happens to everybody sometimes.

The other thing is.... school has relied way too heavily on grades, and not enough on actual learning. The truth is, they CAN learn without actually doing the work themselves. The point is that they find the correct answer, so they know what it is, and how to do it right. Who cares how that happens?

And then, if it bothers you so much, you can just ignore it.

It can be annoying when someone puts up something stupid that they know can be found online. But sometimes stuff just isn't found online and you really need someone's help. Though it's not necessarily wise to put up a question here because people flame so much (VERY sad)

But if you find it annoying, it would probably be best if you don't look at it..

no you should'nt give them the answer you should show them the process and walk them through the steps of how to solve the problem but don't just give them the answer they will never learn that way

I don't find it annoying because homework is the stupidest thing ever, and if people want to answer it for the other person, that's great.Not like we really learn stuff in school anyways, and the stuff they teach us is what they want us to think, so we can be like them, so we can be sheeople.
