well, not all condoms contain spermacide---unless it's actually specified on the label. Those ones are probably a bit safer than non-spermacide condoms.
Anyway, it is unlikely, but it's not impossible---it's possible for there to be a small leak you didn't detect, a small hole----it's even possible for sperm to go through the condom (again, not likely, but it is possible)
You also have to take into consideration if you used the condom correctly. Was it put on as soon as the male had an erection, or was there lots of fooling around and pre-ejaculate (which can soemtimes have sperm in it) before the condom was put on? Did you hold the condom correctly as soon as you ejaculated and pull out?

Yes. There can be manufacturing defects in the condom. A tiny microscopic hole could allow sperm to enter the vagina and fertilize your egg(s).
Improper usage is another cause o f 'condom' related pregnancies.
Not all condoms contain spermicide. Only ones that specifically state they contain spermicide have spermicide. There are a number of people highly allergic/sensitive to Nonoxynol 9, so condom manufactuers *always* offer a spermicide free version. Not even all lubricated condoms have spermicide.

There is always a chance of getting pregnant. However, if you used a condom and it didn't break the chance is very small (between 1-5%).

It's not impossible, but it's highly unlikely. Condoms contain spermicide so it kills the sperm pretty quickly. You could get pregnant if the condom isn't on correctly. If it's pulled too tight and there is no resevoir for the ejaculate, then it could push up the sides and come out, but again the spermicide should take care of most of it. Just be careful, pregnancy can always happen.

most of the time, no, but there is a slight chance that something unplanned for could happen, there could be a small break and you not know it, you couldve accidently taken it off wrong and it spill on her, theres also the chance of pregnancy still even though, to learn more i would visit a teen parenting site and it should tell u the A-Z's about what happens and what could happen, Good Luck!
