I agree that Uatu would try to cheat by using his ability to see into alternate dimensions etc., and try to see the outcome of the game. But Ganthet is no slouch, and would use his green energy to protect his mind from being read. I think that Ganthet would eventually win. Now, Ganthet vs. the GrandMaster...! (Ever notice how THAT guy resembles a Guardian...?)
