How does a 49-49-2 split mean Dems controll congress? Ben Nelso from NE votes with the Pres 88% of the time that is whyb HE got re-elected. With the 6 that got elected being concerv Dems, How can they say they say they that they control anything?

you must listen to others whining and crying as all you have mentioned is not true, least by NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN.

never seen such a bunch of babies as the republicans. you all messed things up, you screwed things up and the people voted you out. just like you all stated when bush got in both times.....the masses choose him.....well the masses changed their minds. get over it, its done, its gone, you can't do anything about it.

let alone....they aren't even in office yet nor have the power to change anything or do anything. so for you to sit there and say things have happened are gonna happen or will happen is past ignorant.

look at history for the truth.....as you clearly don't have it. the line of "they will raise taxes" is from the 1940's. since then there have been two record tax raises.....guess who did both.....republicans. so besides an old worn out line that is over 65 yrs old....the rep.'s really have nothing on the dem's past false statements.

let alone they have NEVER said they are gonna cut and run, its common knowledge by anyone that actually watches the news and what is going on that we will be there for awhile still. even if we said pull out tomorrow you are talking at least a yr just to do that.

stop whining, stop crying to mommy.............and this comes from a Republican.

Give them till the middle of January and they'll regret it, at least the ones who work for a living (which a Dem working for a living might be an oxymoron)

You are speaking out of the side of your neck...suppositions...all of it. What, are you a psychic? or do you just like to blow hot air?
Do you really think the Dems won because the moderates voted for them? I'm willing to bet that many more republicans voted Democrat than you'd like to think...The majority of Americans are fed up with the mess in Iraq AND the mess that has become congress....get real!

See..... the thing about a Moderate is that they DON'T always vote for Democrats... nor Republicans. So it isn't the Moderates that swayed the election. Most of US voted for a third party in many cases--- just to try & get rid of that "bipolar" two party system that bogs us down.

Come on.... people... can't you think OUTSIDE the BOX???

If they're not regretting it at least by Jan 31, they are not all that moderate.

Probably about the same length of time it took us to regret voting for the republicans!
