It will eventually get dull and you find you are pressing the razor harder to get a close shave causing razor burn.

It will only cause razor rash.

yes it can not in a bad way but you can get rashes and other things you dont want because over time more hair builds up so it wont works as well and will be germ coverd

It can cause rashes and may start cutting you.
