You write an overly, very well booklet and search industrial publishing, both via a writer who accepts unsolicited manuscripts or an agent. Needless to mention, publishers could not care much less approximately mere suggestions, regardless of how prime of an opinion the character has of them. It takes a long time for such a lot persons to arrive a publishable common of writing, so if all you are serious about writing a booklet is the money, then it is just about absolutely a waste of time.

If you want to go the self-publishing route there is
http://www.lulu.com
It's a POD publisher (Publish On Demand), free publishing, and you keep all the rights. I'm almost done with a project I'm doing through them. You need to have time to figure out all the technical side of formatting a book to their standards.
If you want to try for a known and successful publisher to publish your book, check out the book "Writer's Market" which is a comprehensive list of publishers and their query requirements. It's available at your local library in the reference section or at your local bookstore. Or of course it can be ordered online.
Good luck!

You can't. Unless of course you're sponsored by a big publisher, in which case you would need to have an already exceptionally well written and popular book.
