Bill Richardson, Gov. of New Mexico, has a real shot at VP in 08. From there, who knows?

I think he's half Mexican/Nicaraguan.

Bill Richardson although wrongly depicted as Hispanic{His Dad was an Anglo American and Mother was a Mexican}stands a very good chance. It is very difficult to predict if a pure Hispanic will ever become President of United States because of lack of Political Base and also because White America is very uncomfortable with Hispanics. But you never know nothing is guaranteed in Politics just like now Barak Obama is being pushed for presidency just because his dad is from Kenya and they look forward to have better influence in Kenya if Obama is elected.KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED.

For someone to be President of the United States, they must be 'born here'.

Bill Richardson, is probably the best shot right now, but he'll never get elected to a national office after what he has done to New Mexico. Maybe Henry Bonilla.....

HOLY SHlT!!!
That's asking for trouble!
That president would open up that f*cking border and let all the beaners in! He'd probably raise the value of food stamps, too! It would be chaos; crime rate would rise, Taco Bell would shut down every other food chain, El Caminos would outsell every other automobile, etc.

Never happen, though, cuz the president is traditionally fairly intelligent, and we all know that smart wetbacks are few and far between.

When you quit being Hispanic. Be American. The president has to be a Representative of the people, not just some of the people.

Just like every other minority, when a credible candidate comes forth with an agenda that agrees with mine, then that person will be given serious consideration. So far I've not been too impressed with Hispanic leaders I've seen, so it may be awhile.
