depends how big (bigger = more $$)
are YOU paying your neighbor to wrap it, while you are paying for the materials?
or is it being wrapped by a store where materials are covered?
naturally you'd have to pay more a store b/c they want to make profit, and they need to cover costs.
but if it's your neighbor, or cousin, or niece, etc, you know them better, and should probably give an extra dollar or two to be in the holiday spirit.

Usually the mall has a gift wrapping center at Christmas. It is probably under $5 to have it wrapped.

No, I easily does no longer pay for that. properly, different than for those charity issues that establish interior the mall or a shop and wrap your present for a donation. yet this is barely for the charity, no longer the carrier. i do no longer even desire to apply Amazon's present wrapping carrier. as properly, the only useful way i will see to have somebody wrap each and every of the presents i offered from distinctive sources could be to have them come to my abode (i'm unlikely to load each and every little thing into the motor vehicle and take it to somebody--this is extra of a PITA than wrapping them myself), and there is not any way i'm having some stranger into my abode for that. incredibly because of the fact it capability very nearly laying out a catalog of each and every of the costly presents I even have sitting around! that's like inviting somebody to return decrease back and smash in.

I'd rather just wrap them myself, but if I had to get someone else to do it, probably about two dollars a gift, unless it's a huge one...then three dollars.
