I feel that my children aren't safe with my wifes new b/f i no nothing about him she won't even let me meet him not that i want to all i no is the frist name and where he is from do i have the right to take them we are separate that's it this guy came from no where it is my understanding that he has been incarcerated for two years that brings concern as a father i can care less who she sleeps with my concern are my babys being jealous not by far there are no papers involved we are not even legally seperated

I would talk to a lawyer. I don't know what the situation is but I would tell the lawyer your situation. You are the father. Unless you have papers you have as much right. Your children come first before any other disputes. If it is only jealousy then they can be talked to but if there is any abuse whatsoever then yes. It doesn't make it any better she will not tell the name of her boyfriend.

I agree. Get a lawyer FAST! and THEN get a legal separation and a custody agreement. Please do EVEYTHING for the best interest of your children. That is all that matters and that is what your children's mother must understand as well. Do NOT play games, be matter of fact and insure that the kids always know what you want is what is best for them.
dads are often messed around in the system so geta lawyer who also understands fathers rights. Good luck.

Get a lawyer, just to be safe. If there are no papers involved, you should be able to take the children.
