Victorian Jewelry could be jewelry made during that time or just replicas . Either way its usually beautiful and to some people if its a nice piece it can be valuable.

I think that it is refering to the jewelry made in the Victorian era of the 1800's or something of that style. If it is true Victorian jewelry I'm sure that it is worth something.
