Does anyone know any natural was to help me get pregnant?

The doctor told me I'm not ovulating regularly. I'm nervous to try some of the drugs ? Are there any alturnatives I could try first?

Were you on birth controll before? If so, it might take a year to start ovulating normally. If not, than, i would recomend this site, www.mayoclinic.com and search for ovulation, it's a really comprehensive site.

Sex sex and more sex,Just relax and do it for the fun of it .If you are stressed it will not help you ovulate.In fact stress can affect your cycle.Or you can try what we did.Have your husband quit his job move to another town,Where he finds a new job but has to work more hours because your new mortgage is higher than the old one,bye a new car you can't afford,but need cause the old one crapped out. Ya know what it worked like a charm.With in 3 month I was pregnant with my oldest son.

Try www.fertilaid.com im basically doing that...but ive just bought the prenatals, vitex, and super primrose...i dont know if it really works or not because ive only been doin git a little over two weeks..but you should give it a chance...i dont ovulate either goodluck!

if you are not for sure on trying the drugs you should at least try having sex every two days for the next few months and see if that might hit the right day! BEST WISHES

i have the same prob. try using opk's. also, you can try charting your bbt temp. go to http://fertilityfriend.com for info and a free chart. you can also try checking your cervical mucus and cervical position. It seasy to do and can tell you when your ovulating. go to http://babywishes.proboards76.com for info on the cervical mucus method and the cervical position method. good luck!
