See if there are any elderly neighbours. Offer to rake leaves. Help get groceries. Any brothers or sisters in your family? Offer to help with their homework. Read a story to them.
Here's a tough one! Any kid in your school that is not popular? Make friends with that kid. Sit with him/her at lunch. Invite him/her over your house to do homework together.
Say your prayers...for one day...for one specific person whom you actually do not like.
Do errands and work around the house without or before being asked. Make beds, do dishes, clean-up the living room, empty the trash, set the dinner table, etc...
Spend one day in which you do not say ONE evil or bad thing about another human being. Spend the entire day only speaking good and positive things about people and life. It is really hard!
Hope this helps! Good luck!

There really aren't any best big deeds. Some good deeds that you could try would include: raking an elderly person's yard, visiting a lonely neighbor, babysit for free for the teenage mother down the street, walk a neighbor's dog, visit the elderly who reside in nursing homes, go to the local hospital and offer to visit with sick children. These are all good deeds but none of them can be ranked better than the other because all of them will be helping someone and will bring a smile to someone who might not have a lot to smile about. Good Luck.

Most good deeds are little ones...and I have found that these are the ones that count the most.
Spend time with little kids (your brothers & sisters perhaps?) reading books.
Get a group of kids from your neighborhood together, and take turns visiting the local elderly citizens...they love to have young people in their lives! While you're there, you might sweep their front steps, or make sure there's a good light bulb on their front porch.
Host a park beautification day, and get everyone together to clean up your local park(s). Many hands make light work, so if you can get a big group, it won't even take much time!
Look at the clothes in your closet, and donate those that don't fit to a local charity (coats and sweaters are especially good at this time of year). Ask the other members of your family to do the same.
Look for homeless shelters or soup kitchens in your area, and schedule yourself (and perhaps your family if you're afraid to go alone), to serve dinner once a month.
Smile at someone...Tell them to have a nice day, as you walk past.
All of these things are good deeds - all of them lead to us having a better world to live in. You don't need to solve the world's problems in order to to good...but if we all do good deeds, it may actually work!
Additionally, there are quite a few service clubs who can help you find projects to work on. Call your local chamber of commerce, and ask them how you can get ahold of the local Lion's Club, Kiwanis Club, or Rotary Club. All of these are organizations who work to make the world a better place, and encourage young people like yourself to take part.

Send me all your money..... Just kidding. I wanted to give a real answer but I know nothing of Muslim ways.
Make some sugar free goodies and take them to 'meals-on-wheels' to be handed out to the shut ins with their regular meal.
Anything nice that you do for someone else is special, it doesn't have to be a big deed unless you are counting on getting points or something.
Good luck and just let your heart guide you. This is coming from a big old redneck.....

Considering your age these may help.
#1. Assist a neighbor with her groceries to the house.
#2. Rake leaves and bag them for pick up.
#3. Visit retirement homes for the aging. Talk with them.
#5. Visit childrens hospitals , play with the
children, even read books to them.
#6. Make gifts for the children in the Hospitals.
#7. Watching a neighbors home while they are away. Collecting their newspaper from the yard and keeping it until they get home.
#8. Visit a shut in. More mature elderly people. Ask
what you can do for them.

Stand at the door of a store and hold the door for everyone for a couple hours , expecting nothing in return .
Some guy I know told me one time that he went into a gas station bathroom and cleaned it up . He said this way no one knew who did it so it was truly self less in stead of selfish .
