The other day when the meth lab blew two rooms off the back of the house. I certainly had some 'splainin' to do.

It was a few years back & I was living on the east coast, working the early first shift. It was dark outside & I left my apartment via the front door. (The car ports were out front.) Anyway, I heard the sound of a pump action shotgun & I instinctively stopped. Several police men silently stepped into view and motioned me back into the apartment.
Needless to say, I went & I also locked the door behind me. I called the base to tell them I was going to be late & tell them why & they informed me that there was a manhunt on because someone had escaped & was believed to be in my neighborhood.
It was probably the creepiest thing I've ever experienced, but in the end they caught the dude & I went to work & everything worked out in the end.

Umm, it was this summer. Very embarrassing actually. Our town was having a bike rally for kids. I didn't know when it was, or where it was, so I called the local police department because that's who was hosting it. The lady who answered the phone took my question, had no idea herself, so she told me that a cop would give me a call back to answer me. So about 4 minutes later the door bell rings and guess who! It was a cop, who wasn't busy at the time and thought he'd just stop by! OH MY GOSH, I was so embarrssed. But at least I didn't do anything wrong!! :)

When my husband and the neighbor has a little disagreement and the neighbor swung a pitchfork. It pretty much went downhill quickly from there. I was playing Betty Crocker and hear come the lights! The sirens!

Never had to cops called on me, but last week they showed up because there was a meth lab bust going on next door, they asked me to evacuate.
