$0 mph is not fast, but is on a pocket rocket. I would be carefull as the ones i have seen are poorly built and don`t last long. It would be better to spend you dollars on a full size or larger bike.

40mph feels extremely fast when you are on one of those things. When you are riding on a track, the turns are so tight and quick, that you feel like you're going 100mph.
I've had my regular bike up to 140 mph and I got a bigger thrill from riding a pocket bike track.
