I believe that you can get arrested for punching an alien in the face if you see one. My wife thinks that you can't because they are not from our planet. Now Steve says that you can only get arrested for punching an alien if it is a policeman in a Jar Jar Binks costume.
Please can you tell me who's right? Before you answer, can I just warn you that my wife has blonde hair and Steve is thick too.
Quickly answer as we are shouting at each-other. We have already been fighting about this for 2 hours. Infact, I have just gave Steve a broken nose because he accidentally spat in my face when he shouted at me. The wife is crying now because I accidentally stood on her foot when I called Steve a dopy git.
So please tell us the answer so we can all go to bed, except Steve.

Don't sweat it. You're cool on this one. Even if you kick an alien in the nuts, you may get taken down to the station, but unless a complaint is filed, you got no problem. And who's going to listen to alien?
I wouldn't put too much credence in what Steve says. You know, yes you do, what he really wants.
Best bet.......Punch Steve again, introduce your wife to the alien...they know all kinds of stuff to fix her foot...take a lot of pictures...with them in bed.....and clean up on E-Bay.

If you mean an alien such as someone without any papers, yes you can definetely get arrested. That is abuse and hate crimes and it is definetely punishable. Also, it would be considered assault and battery against another individial and you might just end up paying that alien some money and getting him his residency papers.

Yes you can get in trouble for punching any form of life whether it be a dog cat person alien whatever you can get into trouble regardless. Its cruelty.

Probably not unless he is willing to press charges and then hed have to return to our planet to testify in our courts which probably wont happen because hes got better things to do. Besides if you got close enough to hit him then hed probably blast you into oblivion with his cosmic plasma ray thus ridding the earth of yet another spaceball

If it is an outerspace alien than your wife is right. If it is an illegal alien please don't just deck them beat them within an inch of their life maybe then they'll stop taking advantage of our country's benefits and go through the proper channels to get legalized they shouldn't get to stay here when so many others paid and went through the process to become a citizen.... I woud deck them if it wasn't for my daughter.
