Some people aren't ready for college and those are often ones who will drop out. I was so sick and tired of school; I almost dropped out. But, the statistics are right here: earning a college degree will pay off in the long run.
I did change majors and graduated, but it seemed like a waste, at the time. Just remember, different people will move at different speeds to fulfill different needs. Find yours and find your happiness:-)

Nah, I did my undergraduate in 3 years and my graduate degree in 9 mths, all at the one of the nation's top 50 public schools too! :D

I did. Went back to start again in a different subject two years later.

Yes...a long time ago...stayed out five years and went back. Now have master's degree and have been teaching for 20 years.
