In the future, don't shave. The doctor has seen hair before. It's really not a good idea. They don't even shave you for delivery most times.

A good lotion will make it feel better, but I know of no good way to get rid of it by tomorrow. If your doctor cannot tell the difference between razor burn and an STD, you should get a new doctor!

Try witch hazel and do not scratch, keep vaseline and witch hazel on the area. you might want to sleep without any undies on tonight to let the area aerate. In other words, let it air dry. Your ob/gyn may be able to offer other suggestions tomorrow. And don't be ashamed, your doctor has probably seen something that will make your fiasco, tame.

Docs see that all the time. They won't think about it at all. You can always exfoliate with St Ives Mosturising scrub. Its like apricot or something. It works good. Its good to use before you wax any part of your body too.
Mositurise and exfoliate, but not in that order.
Don't be embarassed.

Crushing up aspirin and making a paste...aspirin is anti inflammatory, it should work at least a little. Then ice it for a bit. Ouch, sorry bout your southern booboo. Congrats on the baby thought!
