Where can I find instructions on how to program the timer for the water heater. Brand:Legrand, Model:IP30

You need a thermostat - not a timer... Most water heaters run on a T-STAT.. when the temp drops the gas or elec turns on to heat to a certain temp and then turns off.... If you must go the timer method, return that timer you got and just go to WAL-MART and purchase the old style timer that you could plug the water heater into... Its much simpler that way.
