I'm celebrating my 22nd Birthday on New Years Eve and I want to go somewhere off the chain. I'm a black woman so of course I wanna hear some hip hop and shake my *** in a club-like setting. Does anyone know where the parties are at in Los Angeles/Orange County, Ca? I'm open to suggestions concerning 18+ clubs and 21+ clubs. Thanx
