"having a sense of humour" very simply means being able to see/understand/acknowledge when things/people/situations are funny.

It's not neccesarily to laugh at every single thing that someone tells you.
It's that your able to take a joke or a sarcastic remark.
And that you're able to make a funny joke about something or a sarcastic remark.

well i think everyone has a sense of humor just not with everyone so i would have to say that having a sense of humor means to have the courage to stand up and let people know you think it is funny because if you didn't know someone and you overheard them tell a joke to someone else you wouldn't butt in and start laughing, right???!!! well if your bff told you a joke you would laugh wouldn't you??? so that's what i think!!!
