Bare minerals...you can put it on light or wet the brush for a darker application, they mix great and there are a ton of colors. And oh, they're a little pricey, but last FOREVER!!!
A great combo is always beige and dark brown, looks good for contouring, no matter the eye color. What you choose really depends on your eyes, though
Usually, wherever you can buy it (like Ulta) you can try it on first and have the girls that work there help you pick out a good combo.

I love the Custom Compact by Mary Kay. You can get a preselected look that's already coordinated or choose what colors you want and it holds up to 5 eye colors or 3 eye colors and a cheek color plus a lipstick or gloss and applicators. Best of all, when you're running low on one color, you just replace that one color instead of having to buy a whole new compact like with all the other brands! Talk about a money saver!

bourjois has nice ones (u can get it at macy's , nordstrom's or sephora).... they have a light, medium and dark hue of a certain color (for example, greens, or pinks, etc). they already coordinate, and what u do is put the light color from lash line to brow. then the medium color from lash line to above the crease. and then the darkest color from lash line to crease play around a bit with that.. i usually do a lavendar shade from lash to brow, and then a brownish purple in the crease area :)

If you have dark brown eyes then wear pink & purple, light grey & purple, forest green & light brown, and brown with orenge. Or grey, plum and pink colors.
If you have blue eyes then wear brownish colors, pink & brown, or purple & a dark pink. Or violet and lavender color.
If you have green eyes then minty green should work fine.
