Some metallic and some non-metallic.
Like Silicium... it it shiny, just like metals, but doesn't conduct electricity, just like non-metals.
Or Carbon... it is not shiny and doesn't react with acids, like non-metals, but conduct electricity, like metals.

Metalliods have some properties of metals and some of non metals. Some have varying degrees of properties so there is not a single target that answers this.

However, most conduct electricity semi so. Thus they are used as "semi-conductors", thanks to this property we have electronics.

Get an "A".
