you can tell the weather by which way the wind is blowing because if it is blowing the opposite direction it was blowing the day before you will get the same weather but if its going the same way as before you will get the weather that others had in the direction it is coming from earlier in the week depending on how fast the wind is blowing depends on how fast the weather will get to each place. something like that sorry its hard to explain
