I have a bosch universal 02 sensor . It has 4 wires. 2 black 1 white and 1 blue. The instructions say nothing of these colors. they only mention other colors. I need to know which is the power to heater, which is signal and which is ground. Anyone know off hand which is which

It sounds as though you didn't actually get a Bosch sensor, like maybe an offshore counterfiet or someone swapped them at the parts store while comparing. All Bosch O2 sensors use the same color coding whether they're OEM style or universal. Obviously a one or two wire doesn't have all three colors.

Black = signal

Gray = ground

White = heater

I have installed literally hundreds of them and the wires are always as stated. make sure it says Bosch on the sensor and also has their logo. Also try calling their tech line. The phone number is on the box.
