I have asus P4S800D-X motherboard need help on start up!

I'm not sure what you mean, however a few possible answers to a few possible questions,

If you want to change the setup for what it boots from, Press Delete when it starts, and look for the Boot Sequence entry.

On the other hand, if you've unsuccessfully attempted a bios upgrade, and the bios doesn't start when you turn on the PC, you can fix it by throwing it in the rubbish and buying a new one.
