MARCO LIPPI - Beacuse he is a very practical , imaginative , and an excellent coach . no one thought that italy will win the world cup this time and the italian players were in lack of confidence at timwa but lippi was a true coach , he helped the italian team with just everything . he gave his 200% . he's a great coach

Marcello Lippi
He was and stays the best. He helped all the players a lot, he helped them to improve their performances. He helped them and they won because of him. He had done a great job with the Italian team, he made them being the best. He had done a lot of things, he had coached Juventus players and he's way of coaching is extraordinary. He trusted his players and he knew what stategy to adopt with them. There are many other things that made Lippi the best.

Lippi : right player in the right time , his substitutions were crucial as when he substituted Nesta with Materazzi. He know how to deal with injuries. He is a winner with Italy or juve.

also Scolari is a good coach; made an amazing job with Portugal.

it's scolari..if lippi can match up to scolari's excellent record then i'll have no problem saying he is the best coach as well..unfortunately he retired..so it's just scolari then-he's the best of the bunch..

you know i hate wen they say why.....but i guess that's what it is all about...

as for the question...ummm.....hmmm...*thinking* sorry me no no. each coach has it's own qualities. i beleive a coach that takes control but respects the player as who they are and what they can do and gives them liberty to do their talent on the field.

Luiz Felipe Scolari

He took Portugal so far. If he was with Brazil they would've won.

Why should I answer this question when I know you're going to pick someone who says Lippi as the best answer.
