I am already a CPhT and I am looking to get my PharmD and I was wondering what are the top Pharmacy schools just as a reference.

You need to be sure to enroll in a Pharmacy School that is accredited by ACPE, which is the only pharmacy accreditation agency recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education.

Those ratings should be taken heed of because they are political in nature.
First, complete your prereqs, take the PCAT, and then apply. To be competitive you'll need a 3.5 GPA and a 75 on the PCAT. The acceptance rate is currently about 1 in 9.
