All women show differently and at different times, you may stay this size for a while or you could be bloated. I am 14 weeks and still not showing big time, I thought I was weeks ago, but my stomach has not grown at all, I was just bloating. Good Luck

It is not only normal, but almost expected to show earlier with subsequent pregnancies. During your first pregnancy, not only did your abdominal muscles stretch out, but other parts of your body shifted around to accomodate the baby. While everything went back to where it belonged after the baby, your body now has a memory of what it's supposed to do to prepare.

Although you've only gained two pounds, your body is shifting again. This is what makes clothes fit differently. Your waist may also simply be more sensitive, making maternity pants more comfortable for you.

I had 6 pregnancies resulting in four children (two back-to-back miscarriages between the last two kids). I started showing more quickly with my second child than my first (got pregnant when my first child was 6 months old). Over three years later I was pregnant with my third child, and I felt like I popped out the second the pregnancy test came back positive. Following her birth, the next two pregnancies had me feeling like I was showing right away as well. Oddly enough, my final pregnancy was when I felt like it took longest to show. I think that was a result of having worked out and lost 12lbs between the last miscarriage and that pregnancy.

What I'm pointing out here is that every pregnancy is different. It is absolutely normal to show early. It is also normal not to show early. It's amazing how many "abnormal" things are considered completely normal in the course of a pregnancy.

Good luck with the pregnancy, and stay healthy! If at any point you are concerned with your weight gain or anything else, please talk to your Obstetrician. You should have an appointment around your 12th week if you haven't had one already.

Yes that is normal. I started showing sooner with each baby. I was in maternity pants by the time I was 10 weeks also with my 4th baby. Your stomach muscles are already a little stretched from the last pregnancy

It's probably more to do with bloating than baby weight, but from what I've read, second pregnancies show sooner than first ones, which means the next time I'm pregnant, I'll be showing before I know about my baby since I had to wear bigger clothes from about 8 weeks!

Very normal. A lot of women start showing sooner with second babies. The babies also tend to be bigger, and labor goes faster.

You've been pregnant before, so chances are your abdomen muscles aren't as taut as the first time around.
