Sit down and close your eyes. Pretend that there are no colors or walls or ceiling in the room you are in, everything is just completely white. Pretend that your chair is hovering, and relax every muscle in your body from head to toe, one at a time. You should now be in perfect zen :).

Put your walking shoes on and head out the door. I will call my friend she lives a few blocks away. we walk about 2 miles and I can unload to her.
I also eat. That's not a good choice, but its honest!
You could also take a bath with lavender.
If you are at work, take some deep breaths. Stay calm.

i listen to guided meditation cd's at bedtime, i can send you some links if you need them, the cd's really work...i've gone from just listening when i'm totally stressed to listening to them everynight, and overall, my stress levels have come down alot...

I go to the track and walk, sometimes I even talk to myself regarding the situation. I even ask the Lord what do you think of this and that. I walk and think for hours.

i usually sock my pillow or blankets but i accidently broke a pretty new bracelet by doing that..dont put out ur anger to someone else. bring it out on someone whos willing to listen and help out. it really helps me when im stressed out.
(just dont hurt yourself)
