i have started a job in a shop and they gave me a polo shirt and apron sort of thing as my uiform, but when iam working the shop is frezzing as the door is allways open and the air conditioning is allways on. i brought this point up and they suggested wearing some sort of long sleeve under the polo shirt they said to wear a turtleneck but iam not sure if that would look good under a short sleeve polo please help soon as it is frezzing in the shop

How about getting a long sleeved running/hiking shirt, it's tight to the skin and should help keep the warmth in.
I have several, from REI and Nike they are about $20. each.

Yes it will look good, I wear one under my polo during winter monthes at work.
