Queen consorts?
or Queens Regnant?
Queens Regnant Reign; in some countries they also rule.
In the UK, for over 50 years H.M. has had the Prime Minister to a weekly audience, done her "Red Boxes" (reading, understanding, signing Government Papers, etc.), Opening Parliament, sending Ambassadors and High Commissioners to other countries; receiving such from other countries, unveil statues, and very many other functions and activities.
She has, recently had to curtail her activities some because of a strained muscle, I think.. Also, there is rumour that she has been gradually providing on-job training for HRH The Prince Charles ... letting him chat with the Prime Minister, etc.

Steal the wealth from the people. They are the dictators of old. They invaded a country then proclaimed that they owned all the land and the only people who could have property was at their discretion. So they gave out land to the Aristocracy who were accountable to them to keep the mass of people in servitude.

retain the billion$ she has of their own assets and pay no taxes, then suck millions more out of brit taxes each year to support her purchases of diamond jewelry, limousines, and drop gifts to her prostituted entourage, to continue the appearance of public popularity.
Along with this goes the ruthless use of her power to ostracize critics and keep their mouths shut by her control of the brit social system, where the critics get no promotions at their jobs, or get fired and have to emigrate to another country,
Quite a system brits live under.
