russian turtle doesn`t move cold

No they don't not at all, they retract into thier shells till it's over!

A hibernating Russian (or most other turtles) will be well-hidden in a deep burrow (or ni the mud in a pond for many turtles.)

If you watch, you'll see it breath- barely- every once in a while and if you grab a limb and pull on it, it will slowly pull it back from you.

If the tortoise is just in the open, it is in trouble!
