Ok, I bought some CK jeans (i'm a guy) off ebay a few months ago and when I asked my mom to hem them, she pointed out that the label says "size 9, inseam 30". I bought them as 30x30, and measuring the waist matches correctly.. they look ordinary and not girly, but my mom insists that they are women's jeans and I shouldn't wear them (hips are bigger or something, but i can't really tell). I know it's not normal for guy's pants to have a "size x" on them, so I'm wondering if anyone has an definitive opinion.

Your mom is right, sorry. Mens pants come in a length and width (ex. 30x30). Only womens jeans come in sizes. Get the opinons of your friends (maybe both a guy and a girl). Have them check the jeans out on you at home and have them give you an HONEST opinion. If they really are girl jeans, you can probably just re-sell them on ebay. If not, rock those chick pants!

Pant sizes for females human beings selection lots from sort to sort that's impossible to get a precise substitute. working example, the final time i became into jean procuring i got here across a pair of pants that throughout effective condition me completely in one sort and in the subsequent sort i attempted on I had to bypass 2 SIZES as much as get a pair that throughout effective condition. there is not any consistent "substitute value" which will paintings around the board. women human beings's pant sizing somewhat sucks.

They sound like women's jeans, but if you can't tell the difference when you put them on, I would guess others probably won't either, so go ahead and wear them.

If you feel confident to wear them, then forget what your mom said....especially if you got a deal!
