This is the first time I'm going to Goa, I'm too late for making reservations for New Year??

Goa is wonderful place to visit during
New Year. The best season to visit
the place is, during the Carnival, which
is around February.
However, there are lot of tourists
duing the New Year. It is full of fun
to be there. But please stay near
some sea shore area small motel.
You may get a room there, at affordable
cost.
There are lot of places to be seen
and enjoy steamer rides, during the
evenings. There are lot of Cruise
rides available. The liners offer food
,drinks and a lot of musical treats.
Goa is famous for locally brewed
drinks, called fenny. Various types
of fennies are available: Guava,
Coconut, Cashewnut etc. Port wine
is also available. The prices are very
cheap, if bought from any small
Mapusa. They may not smell like
whiskey, but a bit bitter. But it is
a worth while experience.
Govan food may not be as tasty as
any other Indian food, but there are
lot of options to have all other types
of food. People are courtious and nice.
You can hire a bike there in Goa
for site seeing, it is quite cheap.
You will not require any warm clothing
in Goa. It is quite hot and sultry during day
time. After sun set, it is a bit comfortable.

u won't know if u are late or not unless u try to contact some places & see if u can get reservations or not. there are many options in staying in goa so am sure u will come out with some options.

Probably not.
Like any other holiday destination; go to different travel agents in your city and check for the hotel bookings. Do it now, not today! Be prepared to be ripped off.
This is the peak of the peak season. If you can control yourself and don't get too drunk on booze you will have a great New Year.
