is the umbilical cord not attached on the inside of the mother, is it not coming out of her vagina? what happens to the cord attached to the mom....they cant stuff it back in?

It comes out with the placenta as that is what it is attached to

The cord is clipped several inches away from the baby's belly button and then they put a clamp on so that it dries out. The other end is attached to the placenta that is delivered after the baby. It's also referred to as the after-birth. It isn't put back in the mother.

The other end of the umbilical cord is attached to the placenta, which detaches itself from the mothers uterus and is then expelled out after the baby is. No, they don't stuff it back in. That would probably cause a serious infection.

After you deliver a baby...you then deliver the afterbirth which is the placentaand the rest of the cord.
