no real ill effects, especially if your doctor has you on a prenatal vitamin like materna. But still try to cut back

Some baby's come out pretty healthy, I do not know how but it happens. However, I personally would eat healthy because I do not want to risks having a child that might have issues because of the way that I ate during pregnancy. I would feel so quilty...

I have an aunt that was extremely unhealthy and very overweight and she ate noting but junk an had healthy twin girls. I think eating healthy is important while pregnant. I think every pregnant woman eats junk from time to time but I wouldn't do it all day every day!

I ate out ALOT I mean like at least once a day, I know its gross but being busy at work I needed to eat alot and fast!!! I also always ate fudgicles,ice cream,chips, alot and alot of pepsi...(addicted) and yah my baby came a lil later and she was 7lbs 13 oz so dont worry! I would just recommend taking prenatal vitamins..

This is bad. Your are suppose to eat healthy or your baby will be malnourished. The baby could have diabetes.

your baby will take the nutrients from everything you eat. eating poorly is always bad. i would try to give my baby the best start possible
