Why do some people have these negative feelings against homosexuals?

OH, WHERE TO BEGIN....MOSTLY THEY ARE THAT WAY BECUZ THEY HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF HOMOSEXUALITY....THEY THINK GAYS JUST CHOOSE TO BE THAT WAY, THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE BORN THAT WAY! I GUESS THEY THINK THAT EVERY GAY PERSON THEY COME IN CONTACT WITH IS GONNA TRY TO MAKE THEM GAY AS WELL...POOR PEOPLE THEY WILL NEVER KNOW THE THE JOY OF HAVING GAY FRIENDS AND BELIEVE ME ...ITS THEIR LOSS!!!!! MY GAY FRIENDS ARE THE BEST AND I WOULDN'T TRADE THEM FOR ALL THE STRAIGHT PPL IN THE WORLD!!

Some try to fit in , Some are in the closet, Some believe the OLD TESTAMENT IN THE BIBLE, And some just plain out think that its unnatral for a guy to lay with a guy the anus isnt a sexual organ guys arent supposed to put the stuff in other guys butts it is unnatral think about it but i cant help it bi anyways

No one will like this, but I'm being honest. It's the sex act itself. Too many think it's unnatural, gross, deviant, against nature, seems selfish, morally wrong. It's not the people, or loving another, it's the idea of how you choose to have sex with the same sex that is a HUGE turn off.

Because they don't know how to handle indifference. They are stuck in their ways and don't know how to break free of the mould. Either that or they are scared by what their feelings are towards people.

there are many reasons, some on are hiding in the closet, others is discriminating due to the heirarchy of society (example, slaves) One supresses to elevate themselves...

perhaps it's not so much that they hate gays, but are afraid that a gay person might turn them on. that's a big fear for those of us who are heterosexual.
