That stuff seems so fake to me...I watched a few episodes and tried to enjoy it but I couldn't. And also the "celebrities" are like D-list or F-list. At best, C-list.

I will have to check this show out. This is the first I have heard of it. I love A Haunting. I love movies about the supernatural. It all interests me very much. I just recently saw An American Haunting. It actually disappointed me. I thought it would be more interesting than it was. Thanks for the heads up on Celebrity Paranormal.

I've been watching, although I wish they wouldn't use all those staged video clips and special effects. They're distracting and take away from what these individuals are going through. I'm constantly amazed that the celebs do all the things they're asked to---sit alone in the dark in a room where violent ghosts are said to be in? Stick your hand into a tub filled with (it looked like) slimy water? Ask out loud for spirits to enter you? Talk about asking for trouble!
Part of the appeal is that these people are "kind of" celebs--you don't know them, kinda/maybe heard of them but you get a good sense of what they're about pretty quickly. I really admired Hal Sparks, Rachel Hunter and Mariel Hemingway--they were obviously open minded and wow, are they brave!

I love shows like that. I watch some ghost stuff on the Travel Channel and I watch Ghost Hunters on Sci Fi Wednesday nights. I don't watch Celebrity Paranormal mostly because I have no clue who those "celebrities" are.

I've seen a couple episodes. It is entertaining. It's borderline between real (they are scared of the dark and the creepiness of it all) and fake (edit in special effect to look like spirits gliding by). If nothing else better is on TV, then I'd recommend it.

Me, every week. I used to watch the MTV version. It was better.
