What does the color coding of the Ikea employees mean?

I noticed at my local Ikea that some employees wear a yellow uniform, while others wear a dark blue, light blue, or even red uniform. Does anyone know what the color coding means?

Red for command
Yellow for engineering
Blue for science/medical
Green for security


... or I might be confused with some other organization

it may designate what department they work in or their rank in the store (associate, supervisor, management)
