Because you have spyware. Install a good program to protect your computer. Here you have some free programs to download:

For spyware use AdAware.

Are they from Virus Protection software you have installed? You may need to update your definitions. Open your AntiVirus software status window and check that everythings OK. If they are from a website, and you have Internet Explorer 7 or Service Pack 2, enable the built in pop-up blocker, or if you have Yahoo toolbar (or any other toolbar), enable the one that came with that. You can download a pop-up blocker from:
http://download.com
If this problem persists, (and you don't have AnitVirus software installed), you should scan your computer for viruses and/or spyware. This can be done with any Anti-Virus program and Ad-Aware SE (both free, with an option to upgrade).

Go here download, install, scan,I know this virus and nothing you have will pick it up.It over rides your scanners so they can not pick it up

I know you don't want to hear this, but...

I think so many Windows computer security problems people have on Yahoo Answers could be solved by running Linux on their computers. Linux is now point-and-click, just like Windows, and does most everything Windows does. I know it may not be convenient to run separate Windows and Linux boxes, but that way you'll soon find out how good Linux is, and how secure - especially for surfing.

Try it - I think you'll be pleasantly surprised :)
