No you should not have a problem getting pregnant if you had only 1 abortion. However, they are women who has more then one and end up having complications.
Speaking from personal experience I have had more then one and I ended up having a incompetence cervix, what that means is I cannot carry a baby full term. This is why I have too get a cerclage. What that means is I have to get stiched in my 3rd mth of pregnancy in order to be able to carry full term.. So try not to have anymore abortions... Good Luck!!!

my mother ended up having an abortion when she was young. this was back in the late 70's.they were quick and they somehow nicked the uterus and caused internal bleeding and alot of scar tissue. they told her there was a high chance of her not being able to concieve, and if she was lucky to, it would be a high risk pregnancy.
i'm not trying to scare you if you get one, but i don't think anything would happen like that nowadays. theres probably so many safety precautions set in place. but an abortion with no complications should allow you to become pregnant as if you've never had an abortion in the first place.

Yes you can still conceive and sucessfully carry a child after an abortion. Was the proceedure surgical or pharmicudical? Not that it makes any difference. As long as a little time has passed then you should be fine.
