Yes Luke and Darth Vader did it. Darth Vader did when he saw his son (Luke) in so much pain because of Darth Sidious's Sith Lightning. Of course he died soon after, but he fulfilled the prophecy where he is the one who brings balance to the force. Luke did after Sidious's death when he joined the dark side to get a programming code that R2-D2 used to turn the World Devastators on each other, saving Mon Calamari. (Yes, I'm kind of a Star Wars nerd)

Of course it is...That's what Darth Vader (Anakin) does at the end of the sage (The Return of the Jedi). Also, Luke, at a minor scale, is turning away from it while the Emperor is tempting him.

its almost impossible for most to turn away from the dark side, but anakin skywalker/darth vader did it. in fact, that is what the entire star wars saga is based around.

Of course, Vader did it and so did Luke. The cave test is a test to do just that, turn away from the darkside. All jedi must face it.

in my opinion, Anakin aka Darth Vader does at the very end of VI when he kills the Emperor

I think so because the urge ,power and glory. In my case it would be hard because i would be tempeted to be evil
