Is it true that after u have sex for the first time that your period is late? When i had sex for the first time my period was a week late. Is it true? or just in my head?

Those two events have nothing to do with each other, unless you got pregnant when you had sex for the first time....then your next 9 periods will "be late".

Before you become sexually active, you need a far better understanding of your menstrual cycles and periods. Otherwise, you are going to go insane with worry.

After sex for the first time your body will change. You will have to wait to see how yours will react. Some of the changes are not noticable but then some girls have amental melt down and who knows what is going to happen to you.
Mostly nothing happens and life goes on as usual.
