In this martial art demonstration some girl steps on a guys stomach around 2:45 in clip.
The guy just gets up like it didn't hurt at all. How is that possible?

I'm sure someone could step on my stomach, because the only thing I can feel is the pain in my heart from my exboyfriend and the horrible way he treated me over the past two years. So here is my stomach. Give it a step!

Depends how much you brace for the step and how much pressure the step has.

stepping on and jumping on are different, your stomach can support some weight

yes it would hurt because one time i was laying down and one of my friends did a kart-wheel on me and fell and stepped on me. Ouch!!!!!!!
